Dave Green – Executive Chairman
David Joined the Peak Technologies organization in August 2022 with the merger of Peak Technologies and Supply Chain Services organizations. David was the CEO and has lead Supply Chain Services for 18 Years. David has served on partner advisory committees with our top manufacturers such as Motorola, Zebra, and Honeywell.
David has strong relationships in our industry and is driving the organizations M&A and strategic project initiatives. David’s education in Business Administration form Winona State University and graduated from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management’s MEP program.
Tony Rivers – President & CEO
Tony joined Peak Technologies as part of the acquisition of Optical Phusion in April, 2021 and was appointed President and CEO of Peak Technologies in July, 2021. Tony was most recently President of Optical Phusion Inc.. Prior to his roles at Optical Phusion, Tony was a senior sales and business development leader for Motorola, Riverstone Networks, and Cabletron with diverse global experience in business management, sales and operations. Tony earned a Six Sigma Black Belt while at Motorola and has strong industry connections from over 25 years in the business.
Michele Adams, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Michele Adams joined PEAK Technologies in June, 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for oversight of the global finance, accounting, treasury, business analytics and legal groups. Prior to joining Peak, Ms. Adams served as Assistant Controller at Trigen Energy in Baltimore, MD. Prior to that Ms. Adams held various finance and management related roles in the waste, hotel/hospitality and floor covering industries.
Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management with an Accounting certification from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. Ms. Adams has more than 20 years-experience in the finance and accounting areas and 15+ years in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.
René Schrama – Managing Director, Peak Technologies UK
René Schrama joined Peak Technologies UK in November, 2020 as Director of Solutions & Innovation and currently holds the position of Managing Director, Peak Technologies UK, where he is responsible for managing the Peak Technologies international business and the company’s M-Netics retail software suite. In his previous role as Director of Solutions & Innovation, René helped shape Peak’s market-leading technology solutions working closely with sales, marketing and solutions teams to support businesses across a broad variety of industry verticals including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and transportation/logistics.
Prior to Peak Technologies UK, Mr. Schrama spent time in various sales, business development and executive leadership positions at Trinity Partners, Doddle, Polycom, Motorola Solutions, Symbol Technologies and Zetes. Mr. Schrama has worked in the mobility, supply chain and retail omnichannel industries for over 20 years. Mr. Schrama holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing Management from Hogeschool van Utrecht in The Netherlands.
Matthew Ploude – Chief Technology Officer
Matthew Ploude joined the Peak Technologies senior leadership team in October, 2021, after serving as the Director of Engineering for Optical Phusion, Inc (OPI). In his previous role, Mr. Ploude oversaw the engineering and services organization at OPI enabling retailers to speed the deployment of new technologies and improve customer engagement. In his role as Vice President, Technology & Engineering for Peak Technologies, Mr. Ploude leads the global information technology organization in the rapidly evolving digital age for customers, employees, and partners. Mr. Ploude defines and leads technology vision, transformation, and data while ensuring reliable, accessible, and secure operations. Mr. Ploude has engaged with some of the largest fortune 100 IT teams to help provide guidance for their strategic mobility projects, and was able to use his knowledge and expertise as a proving ground to enable some tangible and significant ROI for customers. Matthew serves on multiple technology partner advisory councils, while also serving as an advisor to CIO’s and Retail strategy boards.
Mr. Ploude holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Bob Cox – Vice President of Human Resources
Bob joined Peak Technologies in June, 2022 as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Peak Technologies, Bob most recently held the role of SVP of HR/CHRO for Food Safety Net Services (FSNS)/Certified Laboratories while also previously holding HR leadership roles with retailers including Visionworks, The Home Depot, and Western Auto. Bob brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience to Peak Technologies and its growing portfolio of companies. Bob holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBA from Northwood University.
Dominick Iuliano – VP, Field Sales and Services
Dominick joined Peak Technologies in March 2021 as the Head of Field Operations for the U.S. and Canada. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Field Service, Service Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services. Dominick’s primary responsibilities include setting the strategic direction, ensuring service delivery excellence, driving exceptional customer experience, fostering OEM partnerships, and leading the company’s ongoing transformational services journey.
Dominick is a strong advocate for implementing service strategies that drive growth and exceptional customer experience, making him an invaluable member of the Peak Technologies Executive team. He actively participates in multiple services related groups, and his previous experience in Services Leadership positions within the Medical Services sector, including Stryker, Medtronic, and Physio-Control, adds to his expertise in the field.
Dominick’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration, providing him with the necessary skills to lead the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency efforts. His leadership and expertise are critical to Peak Technologies’ success in delivering top-notch services to its customers.
Raul Sam – Vice President, Depot Services
Raul joined Peak Technologies as the Vice President of Depot Services with the acquisition of DBK Concepts in July 2021, he brings over 27 years of management and technical experience in Operations, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure. With over 19 of those years employed at DBK, his portfolio of skills allowed him to excel in developing strategies, tactical solutions, system designs, and project management resulting in the strengthening of Peak capabilities and delivering agile business results.
Raul’s strength is building strong, collaborative teams to develop and strategically implement changes to increase quality and productivity that supports and improves business processes, as well as state-of-the-art innovations that contribute to Peak’s growth. In his latest achievements, he designed and managed a major staging and deployment operation for an essential federal government agency in addition to spearheading multiple facilities expansions that allowed Peak to scale the business and achieve continuous process improvements.
