Sole Source Capital LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, Peak Technologies, a leading system integrator in the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (“AIDC”) market, has acquired Siena Analytics. The acquisition marks Sole Source Capital’s 16th investment in the AIDC industry, and the eighth add-on acquisition for Peak Technologies since Sole Source acquired the company in 2021.
